After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! Excellent service and great response time - called and repaired same day - Lee the engineer was brilliant and very knowledgeable. The only reason not 5 stars is that it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, other wise brilliant service start to finish
